How can a customer follow up on his project and Employees?
You will have contact with the local project manager who will be responsible for any co-ordination between you and your programmer/designer. You will have a day-end report on the work completed in the days from this end. On a very regular basis, code samples and/or executables will be sent over for testing and evaluation purposes.You can also contact any of your staff directly at any time.
Can I pay a fixed price per month, or do I pay by the hour?
GlobalHostStaff supports both contract methods. It will depend completely on your requirements.
Fixed contracts enable you to determine your exact budget in advance.
What is the language of communication with your team members?
We speak and write English fluently. We also have engineers on our team who are fluent in Japanese.
Can we have long-term cooperation?

What should I do, if I am not exactly sure what functionality I need, will GlobalHostStaff Services help in my programming/designing assignment?
It is not a rare situation. Programming/Designing effort is a team effort, where your team and GlobalHostStaff Services Team work together even if it means working from an idea stage. Simply contact us even with a rough idea. We will arrive at the scope and the functional details of the envisaged idea or project.
Is project management included from your site?
We are able to provide customers with experienced project managers but they may also employ their own project management. In this case a project coordinator from our site works free of charge for you.
How many hours per week does an employee work?
Usually around eight hours per day Monday through Friday. You are guaranteed 40 working hours per week. Usually our employees take Saturday and Sunday off, however if a project is close to a deadline they may be able to work on Saturday also.
When does the employee leave for vacation?
When your employee leaves for vacation (2 weeks) we will find somebody who will cover for him/her. Having a project manager who is completely aware of your project makes any arrangement or transition very smooth.
Can your designer/developer continue doing my project from any stage?
Yes, our designers and developers do undertake projects from any stage of development.
Can I be sure that the charges are fair and the project is being done properly by the staff?
Our customers can monitor every development stage. There are material results for every stage and our customers can see and review them. If required, we can provide an employee who will be in charge of Accounting and Status Reporting. The final scope of work is determined at the beginning of development and approved by you. We do this because it is professional and because we are eager to develop and maintain a long-term working relationship with you.
I am concerned about the delays introduced both by the difference in time zones and in the delays of other project priorities.Would you expect to be able to give us confirmed delivery dates and bids with milestones and checkpoints along the way?
Absolutely, because you and we will have a clear understanding about the application to be developed.
After we have negotiated and agreed on all the features, functionality and UI, we will be able to make a working schedule with clear milestones and checkpoints.
Also our project managers work overtime often to ensure good dialog and prompt replies to your questions.
