GlobalHostStaff Group hires out contracted personnel on a per month basis instead of an hourly rate, with the flexibility to hire skilled personnel full time or parttime. Included in that monthly rate are all health benefits, food vouchers, commute reimbursements and all local taxes, so client IT departments have only one monthly bill to pay and can manage their IT budgets more accurately.
GlobalHostStaff also monitors the efficiency and quality of each contractor's work and offers each contractor incentives for completing their work quickly and proficiently. Our contractors are supplied with a complete high-speed network infrastructure to begin virtual work immediately, and we offer our clients useful tools to manage and exchange data with their newly hired contractors.
Discussing your Staffing needs : After an initial meeting, where we discuss and understand your requirements and expectations, you hire a designer/ developer or a team from us. You can choose to have a dedicated or a part-time employee as you require. .
Staff Allocation : Your designer/ developer will be introduced to you along with his/her contact details. This will be done by a project manager at this end who will be your one-point contact for any concerns, feedback etc that you may need to address. The project manager and your employees will be reachable to you over an IM as well as via mail, at any time, during their work-hours.
Time Management : .If your Staff is working on multiple projects for you, it will be imperative that he/she manages time and priorities as per your needs. At the same time, priorities and time allocated to projects may change mid-term. Understanding and Managing demands of each project for best possible results, will be the responsibility of our Project manager.
Project/s Planning : Once you have handed over a project/s to your staff at this end, the design/planning process begins .At the outset of every project detailed scope of your project is handed over to you detailing an estimate of the project duration, technical details, functionality and limitations This includes visual mock-ups, navigation structures, feasibility study, site plans and usability diagrams. After agreeing on all aspects of the proposal, your staff begins work on the project , wherafter our project manager will liase with you at all key stages of development.
Tracking Progress : A daily progress report will be available to you which you can track using our project management system. Any changes/suggestions from your end can in turn also be communicated via the same, in the form of a ticket to enable you and us to keep a track of the changes. Any changes to the scope during the progress of the project that may affect the duration or functionality will be documented in the same system for your perusal.
Testing and Delivery: The project leader will be responsible for testing complete functionality before delivering the site or any of its modules to you.
Completion reports: A Project Completion Report will be made available at the end of every project – which will document the pre-requisites, functioning and limitations of the project.
Contract Renewal: Your contract will be due for renewal on a monthly basis
